Free Shipping Details Free shipping on products over US $100 only applies to customers inside the lower 48 states of the USA. Please contact us before placing an order if you need to have a product shipped outside the lower 48 states of the USA. Shipping Time In Transit Orders are processed and sent out within 3 business days of us receiving them. Then it generally takes 1-7 business days for the product to be shipped to you, depending on how far you are away from our warehouse. This is a best effort and we make no guarantees that these shipping times will be met 100% of the time, but we generally do not have any problem meeting these time lines. If you have a question about shipping please feel free to call us to discuss. Shipping to Canada: The average delivery times are only for orders that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian addresses. 5 - 7 business days are automatically added to Canadian shipments. Shipping Internationally: Please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain a shipping quote for your international order.
Shipment Tracking Once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse you will be emailed the tracking number of your shipment to the email address provided during the order process. Receiving When you receive your order be sure it is exactly what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing, if the item is incorrect please call customer service at 1-866-931-7556 for assistance.
Returns Due to health and sanitation issues with bedding products we will only provide returns for defective items. There is no exception to this policy so please consider this carefully when selecting item sizes and colors since we will be unable to offer a return of any kind for any products ordered in error. If you have any questions prior to placing your order please contact our customer service department and we will work with you to do whatever it takes to be sure you are ordering the correct product to meet your needs. DEFECTIVE ITEMS: As mentioned above, all sales are final with the exception of defective items. Bedding Supply Plus will gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of original invoice date. We shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product or repair the item and return it to you. Please call customer service direct prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization or expired authorizations will not be accepted, return authorizations expire after 10 days of being issued. Freight charges incurred during a return of a defective item are the responsibility of the customer, free shipping promotions are not valid for defective item returns. Items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged, defective items which are non-returnable will be replaced only. Customer is responsible for return of defective item per Bedding Supply Plus return policies. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items under warranty which are claimed to be defective and items for exchange must be issued a return authorization number and return instructions by Bedding Supply Plus. Wrinkling of fabrics may be common for most 100% cotton, Silk and Bridal Quality Satin materials. Bedding Supply Plus and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. WRONG ITEM DELIVERED: If the record of your order confirmation indicates that the product that you received is indeed the item that you ordered, we will not accept the item as a return and will not credit you with your purchase price. We will not refund the shipping fees either to or from you the customer. If the item is not the item you ordered, as reflected in your order confirmation, we will then provide a replacement consisting of the product you ordered (if identical item is still in stock) or a refund, including shipping fees. REFUSED ORDERS: Any order refused will be billed a 25% restocking fee. |
