Terms of offer, price and item descriptions are subject to change without notice.  We strive to keep the site updated with accurate and up to date information in regards to advertised pricing, product descriptions, images, etc. but there may be the rare ocassion where an error is listed, and in those cases we reserve the right to correct any site content at any time.  We reserve the right to either honor or refuse service to anyone.

ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT:  We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal and bank wires.

Charges will appear as Key IT Consulting, Inc. on your credit card statement.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  International orders are accepted but the standard shipping rates shown on the site do not apply.  If you would like to order and ship a product outside of the US, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.  We can not honor the shipping rate table or any free shipping options for international orders. Before placing an international order, please contact us to discuss the requirements to ensure all associated details with international orders are fully understood.

PRICE CHANGES:  In the event that an incorrect price is listed due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Bedding Supply Plus shall have to right to correct the incorrect pricing at any time.  If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, Bedding Supply Plus may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card at the incorrect price, Bedding Supply Plus shall have the right to cancel the order and issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.  Bedding Supply Plus makes every effort to ensure information posted on our site is accurate.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping of order by phone or email only.  Please call 1-866-931-7556 or contact us here . If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be canceled due to shipping procedures then the sale is final.  Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions.

BACKORDERS: Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped directly to Bedding Supply Plus customers. Bedding Supply Plus may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

CATALOGS/SWATCHES/PRODUCT COLORS: We do not offer printed catalogs or fabric swatches. Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered. Please call customer service if you have any questions on our product colors.

PRODUCT SIZES:  All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes indicated throughout store are approximate and may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Bedding Supply Plus and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.
